Residents live in a structured, supportive environment that focuses on daily stability and long term success. The program combines housing, treatment support, and employment readiness to help each individual build a foundation for lasting recovery.

Each resident follows an individualized plan that may include counseling, skill building, and connection to community resources. The goal is to support steady progress toward independence, with clear expectations and consistent support.

Who We Serve

Troy Women’s Reintegration Residence serves adult women in the Capital Region who are working toward recovery from substance use disorder and are ready to take the next step toward independent living. The program supports individuals transitioning from higher levels of care or seeking a structured, stable environment to continue their recovery.

 

Our approach is structured, supportive, and grounded in accountability, with a focus on building stability, developing life skills, and preparing for long term independence.
