EYOC provides outpatient treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental-health conditions at 134 Franklin Street in Albany, NY. Our licensed counselors and clinicians offer individual and group therapy, cognitive-behavioral treatment, art therapy, DWI and substance-abuse education, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
Every plan is individualized, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. EYOC also connects clients to community-based referrals and support programs that encourage lasting recovery and independent living.

Who We Serve
EYOC serves adults, young adults, and families in the Capital Region who are seeking recovery from addiction and mental health challenges. We welcome individuals at every stage of the recovery journey — whether beginning treatment for the first time, continuing care after inpatient services, or maintaining long-term sobriety through outpatient support.
Our approach is trauma-informed, inclusive, and grounded in respect for every person’s lived experience.

Beginning treatment at EYOC is simple.
Call 518-465-8034 to schedule an intake appointment.
Bring your photo ID, insurance card, and any relevant treatment or medical information.
Our team will work with you to create a personalized plan of care, discuss insurance options, and set your first session.
Most major insurance plans are accepted, including Medicaid, Empire, Anthem, Blue Shield of Northeastern NY, Empire Health Choice, Value Options (NYSHIP/MVP), Fidelis, CDPHP, WellCare, and United Healthcare/Optum.
Sliding-scale fees are available for those without coverage.

Treatment Works Walk 2025 - September 2025
The Eleanor Young Outpatient Clinic team joined the annual Treatment Works Walk, an event dedicated to celebrating recovery, raising awareness about substance use treatment, and honoring those who continue their journey toward healing.
EYOC staff, clients, and community partners gathered in downtown Albany to walk in solidarity, promoting hope and resilience across the Capital Region. The event highlighted the importance of accessible treatment and the power of community in supporting recovery.
