The Living the Mission Program celebrates PYHIT staff who go above and beyond their everyday responsibilities, demonstrating compassion, integrity, teamwork, and dedication to the people and communities we serve. This initiative exists to highlight individuals who truly embody PYHIT’s mission in their daily work and positively influence those around them.
This award recognizes individuals who:

Employees, volunteers, and community members are invited to nominate a PYHIT staff member who exemplifies these values and inspires others to do the same.
We invite you to help recognize these efforts by submitting a nomination. Anyone may participate, including staff, residents, family members, and community partners.
