CORPORATE COMPLIANCE

Corporate Compliance Week - November 3rd - 7th
Each year, PYHIT celebrates Corporate Compliance Week to highlight the importance of ethical practices across all programs.
This year’s campaign focuses on “Why Compliance Matters”. Featuring staff spotlights, educational posts, and activities that reinforce accountability and integrity.
Follow along on our social channels and website throughout the week as we share insights, stories, and resources from across the organization.
Doing the Right thing, Every Time
The PYHIT Corporate Compliance Office promotes honesty, accountability, and transparency across every program. Our mission is to make sure we always do the right thing — for the people we serve, and for the staff who serve them.
Policies & Procedures
Clear Standards. Shared Responsibility.
PYHIT’s policies define how we uphold our mission every day. These documents guide decision-making, promote safety, and support fair treatment for everyone we serve.
The versions available here represent our public-facing standards—covering privacy, nondiscrimination, and other key protections that affect clients, staff, and the community.
Reporting Concerns
Speak Up. We’re Listening.
If you see something that doesn’t align with PYHIT’s values or policies, we want to know. We take all concerns seriously, and your voice helps keep our programs safe, ethical, and accountable.
Anyone—staff, clients, or community members—can report concerns confidentially and without fear of retaliation.
Reports can be submitted through our secure online form by clicking the button below or by emailing mike.tremont@pyhit.org. Every report is reviewed by our Compliance Officer, Mike Tremont, and handled promptly and respectfully.
If you prefer to remain anonymous, you may also call (518) 265-4103 to leave a confidential message.
We appreciate your help in protecting PYHIT’s integrity and mission.
Living the Mission
Celebrating Integrity, Compassion, and Accountability
The "Living the Mission Award" honors PYHIT staff who consistently go above and beyond to uphold our organization’s core values of integrity, respect, accountability, and service, in their daily work.
This award recognizes individuals who:
-
Lead by example and demonstrate ethical decision-making — even when no one is watching
-
Foster a culture of respect, transparency, and teamwork
-
Promote the dignity, safety, and well-being of those we serve
-
Embody PYHIT’s mission through their actions, words, and professionalism
Employees, volunteers, and community members are invited to nominate a PYHIT staff member who exemplifies these values and inspires others to do the same.
Welcome to Compliance Week 2025, at PYHIT
“Integrity in Action” — November 3–7
Welcome as we celebrate Corporate Compliance Week 2025, a week dedicated to strengthening our shared commitment to ethics, accountability, and transparency at PYHIT.
Throughout this week, we’ll shine a light on what compliance really means — not as a set of rules, but as a promise: to protect the people we serve, our organization, and one another.
Because at PYHIT, Compliance isn’t just a policy — it’s part of who we are.
